Hey Pretty Girl, I'm Jada!

I’m Jada Dobesh, and I work with women who have spent much of their lives being capable, intuitive, and resilient—often at the expense of their own softness and support. Many of the women who find their way here learned early how to take care of themselves, manage their emotions, and keep going, even when what they really needed was to be nurtured.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed, intuitive healing that prioritizes safety, consent, and your nervous system. Sessions are gently guided and may include elements of reiki, brainspotting, emotional processing, tapping, spiritual direction, or meditation—always led at your pace and in response to what your body is ready for. This is not about fixing you or pushing for breakthroughs. It’s about creating the conditions where your system can soften, trust, and begin to receive.

I created this space for women who are ready to move out of survival mode and into a more supported way of living—women who want depth, presence, and care that honors their complexity. I've called myself many things over the past 7 years: Spiritual Director, Reiki Master, Brainspotting Clinician, Spiritual Healing Fascilitator...

Most of my clients call me their therapist. Not because I'm liscenced. But because when they say "my therapist said," everyone knows what that means.

To me? It makes no difference.

What we do in my office can look like therapy some days. Other days it might look like a reiki session. And on other days, it may look like two besties getting together for coffee.

No matter what, you can plan on your session feeling peaceful, emotional, and safe.

So, how do you schedule with me? Great question. I have made it so easy for you, you just need to decide when you are ready to start! First, we're going to get you set up in Pattern Reveal. A beautiful 5 day program to see where you are at, and where we want to be. Next, you move into Need to be Nurtured. 16 weeks of group and 1:1 healing. Following from there we go to Contiua to keep you consistent and doing the work. After Continua is complete, you can get an Annual Membership that will include your 1:1's AND a retreat! Feeling like you need MORE? Then my Miracle Mavens may be just what you are looking for. A year long apprenticeship for my beauties that have gone through everything, put in the time, effort, and work, and are still craving the next step in your journey. Through all of this though, you will find:

Safety. You're going to learn how to exhale. You're going to experience self-trust.

Needs will be met. That's why you're hurt, after all. Unmet needs. So let's tend to those, learn to ask for what we need, and allow those needs to be met, shall we?

Tenderness. And a very loving nudge as needed. My face will always tell you how it is. And while I have all of the patience and gentleness in the world for you, I know when you need the encouragement and push to do what you know you need to do.
