A few weeks ago, I was leading a Reiki I & II Attunement.
On the second morning, I suggested we begin with my usual “hello exercise.”
The group groaned (lovingly, of course).
So, instead, I asked them to practice Reiki on one another.
But something stirred in me that morning—I didn’t want them to break off into pairs. I wanted them to come together.
Six women gathered around the Reiki table in my office as Emily curled herself onto it, ready to receive.
And what happened next was… unreal.
What was meant to be a 30-minute warm-up became an entire morning.
We laughed. We cried. We improvised. We healed.
Not in isolation, but together.
A collective of women holding, touching, loving, and reclaiming healing as theirs.
And as I stood watching this unfold, I thought:
“How do I do more of this?”

Is this online or in person?
This is In Person! Hallelujah! If you aren't local to Sioux Falls, I'll send my favorite recommendations for hotels and AirB&Bs.
What if we've never worked together? is this a good place to start?
Yes! Whether you've been working with me for years, or you just stumbled into my corner of the internet, Nurtured + Nurturing is a wonderful place for you to do your healing. We all benefit from the fresh eyes of someone new and from the wisdom of those who have been doing this work for years.
What if I'm not a Group kinda girl?
That's your mother wound talking. One of the most common mother wounds I see is the one that makes us uncomfortable around other women. Either we are competitive, or mistrusting, or we are incredibly judgmental or harsh toward other women, we learned that from somewhere. And when we do the scary thing and join the group anyway, we are healing that generations old wound. And that's pure miracle.
If it helps, you don't have to share with the group anything you don't feel comfortable sharing. Though, we tend to get really comfy with one another within the first couple of weeks.
When do we begin and end each day? Are there breaks?
We will gather at Selah Space at 8:30 each morning and we will aim to end our day around 4:30. We will take time as needed throughout the day and leave you with plenty of free time in your evenings.
If you are local, I highly recommend you don't rush home to the witching hour and try to function as mom of the year. Give yourself space and gentleness to process the day. While it's healing and meant for your good, it is intense and needs to be taken seriously.
Refund Policy?
All sales are final and here are some reasons why:
1. Group spiritual direction is something you can't return. We are holding space for one another in really intimate and honest ways. Out of respect for that and the other women in the program, I can't give you a refund.
2. This is really hard work. I won't let you give up on yourself. So if you really want to quit, it's going to be without a refund. Because I love you and your healing is important.
3. You can't exchange time and space already held.
Emergencies happen and plans change so with enough notice, we can move you to another date!
How often do you offer Nurtured + Nurturing?
As often as you need. I tend to open another round for enrollment about every 2-3 months. If I have women interested and ready, that's what we are going to do.
What comes after this?
Let's go ahead and assume that you're going to need to process a little after this two day intensive. Because of that, I'll be giving you a discount code for 50% off a spiritual healing session with me for up to one month after Nurtured + Nurturing. From there, who knows where your healing journey will take you. But What I do know is that I probably have space for just what you're needing next.
